In his farewell message, Paul rested safely in Christ knowing that he had fought the good fight of faith (2 Tim. 4:7). He had waged the good fight all of his Christian life. And from the inspired words of Scripture, God calls each of us to fight the good fight of faith by putting the gospel first and making it most important.
