Wednesday Wallpaper: God is Gracious

Scriptures: Psalms 103:8
by Jacob Abshire on January 4, 2017

God’s history with Israel reveals His righteousness and justice. King David recognized this. He penned a Psalm that seeming reflected on the Passover. God revealed Himself to Moses and “His acts to the people of Israel” during the exodus. What David concluded was this: The Lord is gracious. He saw that God did not deal with the Israelites according to their sins, but still deals with sin. He shows grace to those who fear Him, and justice to those who do not. Let this design remind you that God shows grace to those who fear Him because He is a gracious God.

“The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.”

Psalm 103:8
