Wednesday Wallpaper: The Word Became Flesh

Scriptures: John 1:14
by Jacob Abshire on December 25, 2013

The Word became flesh. The Infinite became finite. The Invisible became visible. The Eternal conformed to time. The supernatural One reduced Himself to the natural. God became man. In doing so, the Word never ceased to be God but became God in human flesh–undiminished deity in human form–to dwell with us and become our salvation (adapted from ESV The MacArthur Study Bible).

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:14
