Wednesday Wallpaper: God is Sovereign

Scriptures: Psalms 115:3
by Jacob Abshire on January 11, 2017

The God of the Bible is far different from the gods of this world. For they are made of “silver and gold, the work of human hands. They have mounths, but do not speak; eyes, but do not see. They have ears, but do not hear; noses, but do no smell. They have hands, but do not feel; feet, but do not walk; and they do not make a sound in their throat” (Ps. 115:4-7). The gods of this world can do nothing. But the Lord of all rules from above. He does absolutely everything that He desires to do. Nothing stops Him. He is fully able to accomplish what He pleases. Let this wallpaper design remind you that God is sovereign over all things.

“Our God is in the heavens; he does all that he pleases”

Psalm 115:3
