Wednesday Wallpaper: God is Omnipresent

Scriptures: Jeremiah 23:23-24
by Jacob Abshire on October 26, 2016

All of God is everywhere all the time. This is a lot to digest, particularly because we cannot imagine anything remotely the same. Nothing in our world is omnipresent, or all-present, absolutely nothing. Moreover, because everything we know about our world requires time, space, and matter, nothing can ever be omnipresent like God is. This is a unique characteristic of God. All of Him is everywhere all the time—even in the past and future. He is never partly here and there, never fully in one place alone, but 100% of God is everywhere 100% of the time. Let this design remind you of God’s full omnipresence. He is everywhere you are and everywhere you are not. He is near and far at the same time.

“Am I a God at hand, declares the LORD, and not a God far away? Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? declares the LORD. Do I not fill heaven and earth? declares the LORD.”

Jeremiah 23:23-24
