Downtime for the Summer

by Jacob Abshire on August 1, 2016

Now that we are on our last stretch of the summer months, I wanted to give you all an update. Those of you who frequent my site have noticed my rather sporadic posts and lack of Wallpapers. Those of you keeping up with the Table Talk in Genesis have also seen an abrupt stop. Both were somewhat intentional.

My designs were a series of prayers based on The Valley of Vision book. I made a little more than what was needed for an annual calendar. Then, I paused the designs to get some feedback on the possibilities of printing. If you haven’t submitted your feedback already, please take the short survey. I need to know what you think. Also, I’ll be randomly choosing some of you to receive a free print.

Life, and its myriad of unexpected things, caused me to get behind in my Genesis guides. (Not to mention that there are parts of Genesis that require far more research than the others.) I am now a few more guides in and plan on releasing them starting in September. There are a few posts that might find their way to the site this month, but don’t hold your breath.

All of this is to say that I’m still here—just taking a breather. And, doing some behind-the-scenes work. My website has needed a good face-lift for a while and I’m knee deep in that. There are also several guides that are written and waiting to be launched (soon). So, stay tuned and share the site with others. Things should get back into a flow come September.

Oh yea, and take the design survey!
